Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the above consultation.

Council, having considered the proposed PPC (Public Participation) Regulations and the matters highlighted in the related consultation paper, has no comments to make on the specifics. However, as indicated in my letter to you , dated 17/11/04, Council commends the PPD transposition proposals as measures which will provide transparency and improve public participation relative to the implementation of IPPC Regulations in NI.
