CNCC RECONSTITUTED

18 February 2009 - Minister welcomes new members to CNCC.

Environment Minister Sammy Wilson today announced 19 appointments to CNCC advising his department on issues affecting nature conservation and the countryside.

The 19 new appointments included that of Mr Peter Archdale as Deputy Chairman. The new appointments do not extend to the council's Chairman, Mr Patrick Casement whose term of office will expire on 28 February 2011.
