The Council has an obligation to make information available in the manner described within this Scheme. Should it receive any complaints about failure to do so, these will be investigated by the Secretariat who will reply within 15 days.
If you remain dissatisfied with the response received, a review of the decision may be sought by contacting the CNCC's Chairman, who may be contacted at the Secretariat's address above. If the matter remains unresolved you are entitled to refer your complaint to the Information Commissioner who will make an independent judgement on the matter.
